He said it exactly the way i thought it should be said. The last couple of months have been anything but good but it will go on nonetheless. My mind is telling me its not ready for the level of stress that is heading my way but i cant prevent it,might as well embrace and make the best out of it. I learned to make the best out of things i cannot change a long time ago and it was a hard lesson to learn i must say.
